Simon is the executive chairman of Networks Ventures, a consortium of enterprises operating in the technology and media sectors that specialize in expediting the expansion of rapidly growing SaaS companies, such as Kahoot.com, Actimo.com, and Plecto.com in the United States and Latin America. He is also a managing partner of Latam at PodX in Stockholm, Sweden, cofounder/non-executive director of Scalefront and partner at Actimo America; a SaaS company and one of the world’s leading digital platforms for internal communication and employee engagement.

Starting his career in music and television production, he has held senior positions in Zodiak Media, Endemol, and Sony Music in Europe, Latin America and the US. In 2011, he founded Bienchilero.com, and since 2020 is a faculty member of the Acton MBA program at Universidad Francisco Marroquín.
