Alejandro de León
Alejandro de León was born in Madrid in 1982. In 2010, he cofounded Bluemove Carsharing (sold to Europcar in 2015). Two years later he created TuuuLibrería, the first bookstore in Madrid in which customers decide the price of the books. In 2016, he founded MICROWD, a fintech company that combines economic profitability and social impact to offer microcredits to female entrepreneurs in Latin America. That same year he founded Ánima Ventures, a company builder in charge of designing economic solutions to social problems.
Alejandro has a degree in philosophy from UNED, EMBA + Humanities (IE + Brown University), and admires the work of Borges and Antonio Escohotado.
