As the general manager of ADECO, S.A. and using his skills in the planning and execution of competitive strategies, José Ignacio has elaborated and executed a successful approach for the commercial, administrative, and financial area of the company while analyzing financial and commercial reports aligned with corporate KPIs.With a special title in Business Administration with a minor in International Business, José Ignacio started his Acton School of Business experience in 2012. Now, as an Acton MBA faculty member, José Ignacio passes on his skills in leadership, corporate finance, team building, business development, customer relationship management, administration, training, corporate strategy, inventory management, and financial analysis.
